- Our policy lasts 14 days for shipped orders. We do not offer money back. If the 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We do however offer store credit and will be valid with no expiration.
- To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer.
- All exchanges are FINAL SALE.
Please include invoice (receipt) inside the package.
- If it is an exchange please include instructions inside the package on what you want instead, if we do not have it in stock we will send store credit to your email.
- Please consider using a traceable shipping service. In case your item becomes stolen or lost we are not responsible for the following item.
